See the Units:

  • Come to an open house, or arrange to see an apartment with site managers with internet inquire
  • To save time, fill out the online application and bring the application fee ($30).
  • We respond only to email inquire (to maintain consistent priority of applicants)

Application:

  • Fill out the rental and credit check application (management will advise you to submit online or in person).
  • Your parents or legal guardian, need to fill out, sign and fax the Guarantor form (Located in "Documents").
  • There is a non-refundable application fee of $30/person payable to University Park Housing.
  • Each applicant must fill out an application and pay the fee to the site manager.
  • You will be contacted within a week with your application status.

Signing Contract and Deposits:

  • If the application is accepted, a contract will be prepared. You can find a copy in "Documents".
  • Please read carefully, and be sure to abide by all the house rules!
  • A guarantor form signed by your parents or legal guardian is required.
  • Sign the contract which will specify the exact unit and rental start time.
  • Deposits are due at the signing: security (equal to 1 month rent), cleaning ($350) and keys ($25).
  • Checks for building 2659 are payable to Tjoe Enterprises 2.
  • Checks for building 2637 are payable to Tjoe Enterprises.
  • Checks for 706 and 715 W. 30th Street as well as 3005 Shrine Place are payable to Jumi Properties, LLC.
  • Once you have paid your deposit and contract is signed, the apartment is yours for the stated contract period.

Parking:

  • Each apartment has a specific number of allotted parking slots, please inquire with the manager.
  • Parking contract can be signed at move in with a $30 opener deposit, and $100/car/month check.

Moving-in:

  • Contact site-manager 2 weeks before move-in to schedule key pick up.
  • Bring 1 FULL MONTH rent when you intend to pick up keys.
  • You are responsible to pay rent on the contract start date.
  • Inspect apartment and report any problems via the tenant website immediately to have them repaired.

Subletting:

  • You may sublet your apartment with the approval of your roommates and the management.
  • Please fill out the sublet application form (Located in "Documents") and tenant application form and hand them to your building manager with $30 application fee.
