"I love UPH. I've lived at 2659 Ellendale for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier! I love how close I am to campus and convenience stores like Ralph's, and it's nice having management that truly cares. Whenever a problem arises with my apartment they are quick to fix it, and Neil, my building manager, has been a pleasure to interact with. Not only has Ellendale provided me with convenience, but my building also has great safety measures like multiple locked gates and a place to park my car and bike securely, and each apartment comes with clean and working amenities. My room is quite sizable for what I pay each month, and I have yet to experience any problems with fellow tenants or UPH in general. I would definitely recommend living in one of their buildings if given the choice! UPH provides for a nice, quiet living environment filled with lots of great benefits."

As a resident of University Park Housing for 3 years, I can definitely say that University Park Housing is committed to maintaining clean, quiet and community-friendly buildings. Neil Flowers, our building manager, made himself available 24/7 to help the residents with any and all problems. He's the kind of guy who actually spends time getting to know his residents because he really cares. If you want a quiet building with excellent management, UPH is definitely the way to go.
